Because carriers damage and lose packages, we offer very affordable shipping insurance.  


Adding shipping insurance to your order fixes a lot of the issues normally encountered with lost/damaged packages.

  1. Carriers provide FREE insurance included with each order up to $100.00 in total order value (excluding USPS First Class Mail Service which has $0.00 Insurance.)
  2. Our insurance covers all shipments everywhere from being lost or damaged.
  3. Normal times to get a refund without insurance is anywhere from 30-90 days as the claim process has to go through the carrier and then may be denied by the carrier.

If you purchase the insurance on your order and you have a lost or damaged package, we can generally get a new shipment (or refund) processed within 1-2 business days after your claim.


Please note that this insurance does not cover mailbox or porch piracy.  If you have a package that shows tracking as delivered but you did not receive it, you will have to contact the local office of the carrier and have them investigate whether it was delivered to your home with their vehicle GPS system.
